ELECTIVE MEDICAL STUDENTS

KH conducts a student program where opportunities for medical, nursing, midwifery and physiotherapy are provided. Here, elective placements are provided for a minimum of 4 weeks due to necessity of an adequate time for adjusting to the new culture. INTERNSHIP

Kiwoko hospital runs an internship program which plays an important role in making sure that quality health care services are extended to the community served. Those interested in an internship at Kiwoko Hospital are encouraged to email personnel@kiwokohospital.com for details.

Patient Attendants

Those attending to patients are encouraged to follow rules displayed on the different wards to allow for efficient service delivery by the staff.

Visiting Hours

Morning: 7:00 am to 8: 00am

Afternoon: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Evening: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Only one attendant per patient can be accommodated by the hospital.

The hospital provides a safe kitchen where meals can be prepared by the attendants.

Reservations

Kiwoko Hospital provides accommodation to all its visitors and medical students at a specified fee.

This is in addition to providing conference facilities for workshops and trainings. There is an outside turf-grassed compound next to the training center where tents can be erected for larger functions.
